Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or debris.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
